Far right thought in a global perspective: traditionalist reactions to Western liberal modernity
During this kick-off seminar, for the HUM:Global Flagship Initiative “Far right thought in a global perspective: traditionalist reactions to Western liberal modernity”, the attending scholars engaged in:
- Discussion of ongoing research projects and exchanging ideas for future research avenues.
- Conceptual and analytical discussion of how to approach far-right phenomena globally.
- Exploration of the global far right regarding idiosyncraciers, similarities and connections (travelling ideas, networks, common discourses and political strategies).
- Discussion of funding opportunities and planning of joint applications.
